IVONNE Launches InkSure® – A Revolutionary Pigment Warranty Program for Permanent Makeup Clients
OTTAWA, ON, November 1, 2024 - IVONNE, a leading Permanent Makeup, Skincare, and Laser clinic in Ottawa, has officially introduced its InkSure® trademark, a comprehensive pigment warranty program designed to protect clients. InkSure® is a first-of-its-kind assurance plan in Canada, covering adverse reactions, undeclared pigment ingredients, and medical removals for IVONNE's permanent makeup clients.

InkSure® Protection Plans
InkSure® offers two levels of protection:
Basic InkSure®
A 180-day assurance plan included with all new eyebrow treatments. If a client experiences any issues or simply does not like their brows within 6 months, IVONNE will remove the pigment for free.
InkSure® Plus
Extended coverage that protects clients for up to 3 years, guaranteeing removal in case of undeclared or unsafe pigment ingredients or for any medically necessary reasons.
