OTTAWA, ON, November 17, 2024 - IVONNE is proud to celebrate our dedicated community by announcing the closure of our books to new clients, effective January 1, 2025, except by referral. This decision marks a major milestone in our commitment to providing exceptional service and focusing on our valued existing clients.
Over the past few years, we have focused on understanding our clients' needs and making strategic changes to enhance our services. Closing our books is a testament to our dedication to our current clients and the culmination of improvements that drive our business operations. Our existing clients' loyalty and trust have empowered us to create a more streamlined, efficient experience for everyone.
Effective January 1, 2025, our books will officially close to new clients, except for those applying through a referral (e.g. current IVONNE clients, a lateral clinic or approved partner). We will continue to accept and review new client applications, but only a limited number of applicants will be invited to join as openings become available.
Our commitment to remaining a boutique clinic remains strong. As we reflect on our sustainable business model, designed to provide the most exclusive and personalized service experience, we are constantly reminded of why clients choose us: for the exceptional quality of our treatments and products.
With this in mind, we continue to prioritize a boutique approach, offering all the advantages of a large clinic, but within an intimate, personalized setting. This allows us to deliver the high standards of care and attention that our clients have come to expect, all while maintaining the warmth and exclusivity that set us apart.
While our books are closed to new clients, we still accept applications through a referral-based system:
We extend our deepest gratitude to our loyal clients. Your unwavering support has allowed us to continually improve our platform with systemic and service advancements. In 2024, we introduced measures like eliminating free consultations to better manage demand, benefiting both our clients and our team.
We look forward to serving our community with enhanced care and exciting new features, including the launch of our updated website with a refreshed look and feel and expanded services.
If you are a current client with product purchases or appointments in 2024 or scheduled in the future then we look forward to seeing you again and this new process is built with you in mind. For those contacts and previous clients without any prior purchase or product history in 2024 and no future appointments booked your account will be closed, and you will be eligible for treatments through our new Client Application form process.
Dormant clients with a credit, package, or gift card on file will have their credit carried forward for future product or treatment purchases, and will be prioritized in our Waitlist.
