IVONNE is moving to 320 Queen Street, Ottawa

In January of 2022, you'll find us located in the retail concourse at Place de Ville.

Official confirmation of the new opening date will follow closer to the actual date. Please monitor your email, appointment notifications, and our Instagram @ivonneclinic to confirm the date and grand reopening.

Rest assured that we will reach out to all clients to confirm your appointment location. Until then, we remain open and fully operational at 138 Sparks Street until December 31, 2021! For those clients with appointments in January/February, we'll be communicating with each of you directly to remind you of the location change.

About Our New Space

Place de Ville is a four-building (2 tower) complex attached to two hotels (the Delta and Marriott) and has been around for almost 6 decades.

Connected directly to the (Lyon Street) LRT, this new location will allow our clients to relax in a more secure, fully renovated, upscale clinical environment.

Our dedicated consultation area and new private treatment rooms will leave you feeling uninterrupted and refreshed. Plus, you'll have access to undiscovered dining options nearby.

Getting Here

We'll be easy to find between Kent and Lyon Streets, in the retail concourse below Place de Ville (Tower A/B) at the bottom of the escalator.

Enter through Place de Ville Tower B at 112 Kent Street, Tower A at 320 Queen Street, or Tower A from Albert Street. Proceed through the corridor, past the security desk, and down the escalator.

Complete virtual directions will be available in Google Maps beginning in the Winter/Spring of 2022.

We'll be near the escalator on the lower level - don't worry, you'll easily spot us. The short distance between the door or paid parking garage will allow you to navigate easily to our clinic with minimal contact. With direct access to LRT, you can now avoid inclement weather or direct sunlight.

The retail concourse is serviced by onsite security just steps away, and is located in a safer, quieter area of Ottawa's downtown core.

Parking

With a selection of parking options nearby, clients will also have access to 1,744 paid underground parking spaces directly in the building. Entrance located on Albert Street. Exit is to the north on Queen Street.

History

IVONNE was founded in 2017 under the original brand "Faces By Ivonne". Services focused on Permanent Makeup with an emphasis on Microblading.

In November of 2018, "Faces By Ivonne" rebranded to "IVONNE" and acquired a local aesthetics business, relocating to 138 Sparks Street.

In December of 2021, the lease at 138 Sparks Street expires, and as COVID continues to leave its footprint on downtown culture, it's now time to bring our clients into a more modern and safer space.

Rebrand

In January of 2022, we will officially complete a rebrand, shortening our name to IVONNE. Although we say goodbye to "IVONNE", our website URL remains ivonne.ca, and Ivonne Sanchez is still your primary provider for all of your services.

In the meantime, you may have already noticed that our social media name has changed to @ivonneclinic across all of our accounts. Now you'll be able to find us more easily.
